These Terms and Conditions govern the offer and sale of Travel Products (as defined below) on the website https://tribala.travel/ and other web addresses that redirect to the site https://tribala.travel/ carried out by Sportit S.r.l. with registered office in Milan, Piazza Santa Francesca Romana 3, cap 20129, enrolled in the Milan companies register under no. MI – 2098729, tax code and VAT no. 09545330962, online travel agency authorised by the Municipality of Milan Prot. MI-SUPRO/0146812 dated 08/08/2018 under policy number 1505002199/Z of Nobis Compagnia di Assicurazioni S.p.A.
Please read all General Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully before placing your order.
1. Persons authorised to purchase
Purchases on the Tribala platform may be made by all consumers as natural and legal persons.
2. Products/services offered
The products offered by Tribala can only be used during the dates on which the Travel Package is valid.
On the Site it is possible to purchase Travel Packages consisting of a Travel Product, as per Article 2.1, and customisable through the addition of other Optional Products/Services, as per Articles 2.2 and 2.3.
Sportit Srl cannot be held liable for voluntary and/or accidental damage to property and/or persons as a result of the purchase of products sold through the Tribala marketplace (understood as the Site).
2.1. Travel Products
The Travel Products are sold in cooperation with third-party partners specialising in the sale of travel and tourism packages.
At the time of purchase of the travel product, the conditions imposed by Tribala’s partner organisations are deemed accepted – where explicitly stated by the organisation itself – and the insurance conditions – in the case of purchase of the insurance service.
Tribala provides the following information on the product sheets and in the purchase flows of the Site regarding the Product Travel:
- the destination of the trip
- included services
- excluded services
- optional services
- the total price of the Travel Product
- the price of Optional Products/Services
- payment methods
- the status of the trip (planned, almost confirmed, confirmed, sold out)
- useful information for departure (necessary travel documents, level of preparation)
- the conditions of cancellation (if any)
All Travel Products are understood to exclude airfare to reach the destination of the trip in order to give the User the flexibility to decide from which airport to depart, with which airline to fly, how many stopovers to make and whether to extend the stay at the destination.
Tribala offers the flight booking support service. However, Tribala assumes no responsibility for the purchase of the flight and the specifications of the flight purchased.
Since all Travel Products include an overnight stay, electronic invoicing is mandatory. For this reason, the following data must be provided at the time of purchase: First Name and Surname, Residential Address and Tax Code.
2.2. Lessons and courses
The providers of lessons and courses, where provided, are solely responsible for the quality of the service offered. The images reproduced on the Site have the sole purpose of representing a product/service similar to the one sold/serviced.
The purchase of lessons is always concurrent with the purchase of the travel product and can be customised during the sales flow.
2.3. Rental
The sports equipment rental services offered by Tribala within the Travel Products are offered in cooperation with the third-party partners referred to in Section 2.1. and are solely responsible for the material rented and the quality of the service provided.
The images reproduced on the Tribala Site have the sole purpose of representing a product/service similar to the one sold/serviced.
The rental purchase is always simultaneous with the purchase of the travel product and can be customised during the sales flow.
3. Conditions for cancellation and change of reservation
3.1. Withdrawal by Tribala
The departure of all Travel Packages is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of participants within 30 days of the departure date.
The User can check the status of the Travel Package within its detail sheet. The travel statuses are as follows:
- Organised: the trip has just been published and the first applications have been collected.
- Almost confirmed: only a few more signatures to go before the departure is confirmed.
- Confirmed: the minimum number of participants has been reached and the trip is therefore confirmed.
- Sold out: the maximum number of participants has been reached and the trip is therefore full.
If within 30 days of the departure date the Travel Package does not reach the minimum number of participants and is therefore not confirmed, Tribala will cancel the departure and proceed to refund the full amount of the Travel Package purchased.
3.2. Withdrawal and modification by the user
The specifications concerning the right of withdrawal/cancellation of Travel Products and related Optional Services/Products are specified in the detail sheet of each individual product and vary depending on the partner and the selected trip.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, cancellation is free of charge if the request is made within 45 days of the date of departure at [email protected]. After this deadline, the purchase is considered non-refundable.
Requests for changes to bookings made will be taken into account within the cancellation deadlines of the individual Travel Product or individual Service/Optional Product, specified in the detail sheet of each individual product.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a request to change a reservation will be taken into account if the request is made within 45 days of the departure date to [email protected].
Tribala will accept and manage the change of reservation in accordance with the availability of Third Party Partners.
4. Discount Coupons and Gift Cards
Sportit Srl is a partner of third-party companies that provide services on behalf of Tribala.
4.1. Discount coupons
Procedure for using the voucher code:
- Select products from those offered at https://tribala.travel/
- Add the desired product/products to your shopping cart
- When checking out, enter your discount code in the appropriate section:
- if the total value of the basket is less than or equal to the value of the voucher: nothing is due
- if the total value of the basket is higher than the value of the voucher: the difference is charged to the user
Terms of Use
Check the validity date of the discount voucher in your possession.
The discount code can only be applied to one shopping cart and if not used in full will not generate any residual credit.
4.2. Gift Card
Procedure for using the Gift Card:
- Durante l’acquisto potrai scegliere tra i tagli disponibili.
- Following your purchase you will receive an e-mail with the gift voucher and detailed instructions on how to use it.
- If you want to give a Gift Card as a present, you can enter the recipient’s data and personalise it with a message that will be automatically sent to the address of the person who is to receive the gift.
Terms of Use
The Gift Card will be valid for one year from the time of purchase and applicable on all products on our site.
The code cannot be combined with other discount codes or scaled up. Any remaining amount may not be used for future purchases.
Conditions of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal for the Gift Card product cannot be exercised.
5. Insurance Conditions
By purchasing Multisport by Tribala insurance, the buyer declares that he/she has read, understood and downloaded the entire information set (DIP; Additional DIP; Insurance Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy) and Appendices 3, 4 and 4b. He also declares that he has accepted the general conditions of insurance and that he wishes to purchase Multisport by Tribala insurance.
Multisport by Tribala insurance does not provide cover for:
- Travel involving a stay of more than three consecutive months in a place other than the insured person’s place of residence
- Sporting activities for which a compulsory policy is required by law (e.g. motoring), with the exception of winter sporting activities specified in Legislative Decree no. 40 of 28/02/2021 and subsequent amendments, or a permit or licence in accordance with the legislation in force

The information set is made available in digital format, but a hard copy can always be provided if the insured requests it.
By purchasing Travel Packages that include AXA Medical/Luggage Insurance, the buyer declares that he/she has read, understood and downloaded the entire information set. It also declares that it has accepted the general conditions of insurance.

6. Products and Prices
The products are described on the ‘product description’ page on the Site. Prices are given in euros and always include VAT.
7. Purchasing Procedure
To submit a purchase order for one or more products, you must go to the tribala.travel website and select the desired product(s). Once you have purchased the product(s) you declare:
- that I have fully read and understood the ‘product description’ of the supplier’s service
- to unconditionally accept and undertake to abide by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and (where applicable) the supplier’s terms and conditions of sale (the Terms of Service).
If you buy with Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 instalments. You acknowledge that the instalments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties and their assignees, and that you authorise such assignment.
All financial details (credit card number or validity date) are sent via encrypted protocol to Stripe or other payment service providers available from time to time on the Site and App, without third parties having access to them. These details are not used by Sportit Srl except to complete the procedure relating to your purchase or to make refunds in case of cancellations, in accordance with the exercise of the right of withdrawal, or to report cases of fraud to the police authorities.
In order to obtain the preferential rates, it is always necessary to access the Tribala Site and make the purchase.

9. Release of image rights
The User assigns free of charge to Tribala the right to use, disseminate, reproduce, process, modify, publish, communicate to the public, transmit – on any analogue, electronic, computer and/or digital support (including, by way of example, broadcasting systems via air, cable, satellite, web, also on social network pages such as, by way of example, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube) – his/her portrait and image contained in the videos and images that may be taken during the purchased Travel Package. The User also:
- He/she assigns, free of charge, all rights of any kind and nature whatsoever existing over such images, necessary for their exploitation for commercial, promotional and advertising purposes;
- He expressly declares that he is fully satisfied and that he has no claim whatsoever for any reason or title (e.g. of an economic nature) against Tribala, its assignees and/or assignees in general from anyone who uses and exploits such images;
- It guarantees to Tribala the peaceful enjoyment of all rights assigned pursuant to the aforementioned article, and hereby indemnifies and holds Tribala and/or its assignees harmless as of now from any possible action and/or claim by third parties relating to the images and their exploitation, assuming all related responsibility and costs. In any event, Tribala shall not use the images in contexts or in ways that harm the honour, reputation and decorum of the User portrayed and/or filmed.
